To provide specialty care beyond the medical services offered by the Center, CHASS has successfully built a unique relationship with the Henry Ford Health System, a world-renowned medical center.  CHASS physicians are contracted through Henry Ford Hospital and the Main Campus provides a wide array of outpatient services to CHASS patients on a sliding fee scale.  Often, services are discounted up to 90%.  This link between a community health center and a major hospital is another first of its kind in the region.  CHASS has also built special relationships with local and national universities, organizations, and foundations.
