313.849.3920Caroline Kosino has been working in the human services field since 2003. She began her career in rural southeastern Michigan working in Head Start with children of seasonal farm workers from Mexico. Then, she moved to Detroit and began working with teen-agers in the Juvenile Justice system. Ms. Kosino went on to work as a home-based Infant Mental Health therapist, providing relationship-based therapy services to parents and their young children. Ms. Kosino utilizes a psychodynamic framework and attachment theory concepts to support her patients in recognizing patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. She supports her patients in increasing their understanding of themselves to help them realize their goals and enhance their self-efficacy. Ms. Kosino loves working with the Southwest Detroit community and is grateful for the opportunity to interact with individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds, as well as to continue improving her Spanish-speaking skills.
